The Quena is a popular instrument from the Andes Mountains of South America that it can be heard on almost all of the traditional and contemporary Andean songs.
This Quena is a good quality bamboo Quena layered with black lacquer to resemble ebony Quenas that the group Quitus (Kee-to0s) made it popular in the nineties. Tuned on G major but can be used to play any song as you can produce a chromatic scale with this wonderful instrument.
With this Quena, you can hit all octaves with ease in addition to that, its holes are smaller than that of a professional Quena, making it accessible to younger players.
