Purchases And Refunds
Hover over (on computer) (click the arrow down on mobile) "My Account" link on the main menu
select "My orders"
Enter coupon on the box next to the "Apply Coupon" button
Click on "Apply Coupon" button
Under "Cart Totals", enter the gift card number
Click on check out (If your wallet credit is less than the amount on the cart, the credit will apply automatically)
Select "My Wallet" as form of payment.
If the download link does not work, Please contact us immediately before requesting a refund. to check for any system issue.
If the product you downloaded is defective and you do now want it to be replaced, we will issue a full refund within 4 business days.
Unde the "My Account" option on the main menu, select "My Memberships" Click on the "Cancel" button.
Account and Courses
You will be taken to your profile
Scroll down to see the courses you are enrolled in.
On your profile, click on the Quiz results tab (check box tab in mobile)
Click on settings tab (picture of Gear in mobile)
Click on the password tab
Enter your old password then, your new password.
Click on courses from the main menu
Click on Enroll (You will be able to enroll in courses assigned to your membership level).
If you cannot see the take this course button and cannot access the course, please send us a message through the support link. We may need to reset your course progress.
